How corrections are handled
We reproduce the issue, compare the result with the stated formula and primary sources, correct verified errors promptly, and update the page’s reviewed date when the change is material.
Transparency
Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made silently. Material changes to a formula, interpretation, or result are noted on the affected page.
